With a required minimum of two years experience in an acute care setting, we maintain a full staff to meet all required turnaround times as required by clients. Our number one priority is to maintain communication between the project manager and the transcribers for any changes or increases in workloads along with examining quality and accuracy of reports by personally inspecting completed work.

First Call Medical Transcription Solutions performs a Quality Assurance program a minimum of three times per a twelve month period and implements actions to maintain a high level of performance from all of its employees ensuring that completed transcription is medically consistent and accurate in content with a 4 hour turnaround time.
